Job DescriptionFull Time Shift Work (Day, Night & Evenings)
$15.50 with 35 hours per week

Experience - Several years of experience in food preparation or service
Work Setting - Food service establishment; Restaurant

Supervisory Experience - Food and beverage servers; Food service counter attendants and food preparers; Kitchen and food service helpers; Cooks

Specific Skills - Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food; Establish work schedule; Estimate and order ingredients and supplies; Ensure food service and quality control; Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage; Prepare and submit reports

Additional Skills - Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilites - Fast-paced environment; Work under pressure; Standing for extended periods; Bending, crouching, kneeling; Walking
