What we do

Career Links provides employment supports for individuals experiencing challenges to workforce participation as a result of a mental health issue and/or addiction.

Career Links takes a comprehensive approach to the development of natural supports and ongoing mentorship in the workplace.

Who we serve

  • Are 18 years of age or older
  • Experience barriers to employment as a result of a mental health issue and/or addiction
  • Demonstrate the readiness, willingness and ability to benefit from service

  • Participant Orientation and Intake
  • Career Assessment
  • Individualized Service Planning
  • Optional Job Stabilization Support
  • Optional Peer Support
  • Case Management and Follow-up
